I want to have it set up to show our team the full 10 step workflow but it won't allow me to save unless I set it live?
Does anyone have any tips?

That's strange, it should still allow you to save the series without setting it live. Would you mind setting sending us a message through the Messenger along with the error message you are getting and a member of the support team can look into this for you 🙌
