I want to know if in the intercom I can send a cadence of emails where the sending of the second email is triggered if the user has downloaded the file from the previous email?

Hello
You could use a Series to set this up - the only thing is that the trigger would have to be ‘clicked a link’ as we don’t have ‘downloaded a file’ as a trigger - if the users clicked the link to download the file from the email.
