We have seen a decrease in the total number of sent messages and goals hit. What's the reason this might happen?

@mkt​ how did you define the goal, can you share more info about it? Maybe you have changed the definition of the goal.

It's strange that you see DECREASE in number of sent messages. That can happen only if you have deleted contacts that had these messages sent to them (I assume).

We don't delete contacts at all and have not changed the goal...it's not just the goals that have decreased, it's also the sent, clicks, and opens.
The numbers continue to decrease each month - it is still an issue with our sent numbers, etc as well. Have you identified any reason the system would do this? It's really damaging our ability to track and collect data properly
