Hey @user1347! Daniel from Customer Support Engineering here 🔧
I'm not sure if this is exactly what you're looking to achieve - but you could set your Series up with an entry rule like "URL is x", and then, in your message, include a link to the specified page. That way, the link takes them straight to the page where the Series would be triggered. Ideally, you'll want each Series to start on a different URL so you can trigger each one on their respective URLs.
Hope this helps! 🙌
Well yes.. no, how haha I have no idea to do this. I do find where to send URL =, but further only: if they click on A link, I can't specify. See attached.
I see what you mean, but no; they have already entered and got their first e-mail from intercom.
This would have to be something that you'll have to set up in the Series itself, not the message containing the link. You can specify what page the Series should trigger on under "where to send" 👇
haha I still don't find it. I Think it doesn't exist.
Cause, I have this series, halfway there an either e-mail send, and you can either go left or right. I've added buttons, for example.
But How can I make people decide what path to choose? I know the rules, I know where to send, just not how to make the user choose. Is that more clear?
I see 🤔 I suppose your best option here would be to use a bot with branching paths, and then at the end of each path, tag the user with a specific tag that indicates which path they chose. So choosing path 1 tags the user with tag x, and path 2 tags the user with tag y. Then, in your Series, use a rule "if tag = x, go down path one" and "if tag = y, choose path two". Does this make sense? 😁
If you've got a more specific use case or if you are running into trouble setting this up, please write into us via our Messenger so a specialist can help you out one to one. Thanks!
Yes! It makes a lot of sense! But we don't have this feature, is this a problem?
I've found another way also, if people don't click at all - "Just wait and relax", they get this one series. And if they do click "Click here if you want to go faster", they get the second series. I kinda like it :D
