I have some auto messages live and I want them to automatically translate depending on the end user’s browser language, how do I set this up?
If you want to send auto messages in different languages, you’ll need to create a copy of each message and manually translate the copies. We prefer giving you the option to manually translate as you want to make sure that the message is 100% accurate in each language, and you might want to make subtle changes to the content for different languages, too.
You can define your message audience using the Browser Language is rule. So, for your French message, you can specify Browser Language is French, and use Browser Language is English for your English message.
Detect the browser locale and serve the matching message version, store the language in the user profile for targeting, and always set an English fallback.
Think of it like event localisation, match phrasing and timing to local expectations, just like a Leading Event Management Company Vienna Austria would do.
