How long does it take for a user without userId or email to store messages?

I sometimes share messages with users who are not logged in.

At this time, I experienced a phenomenon that the message I sent yesterday disappeared today, and I would like to know the message storage time of the guest without id and email.

Also, I would like to check if this can be changed in method or intercom setting.

To make sure I’m on the same page as you can I ask - when you say “the message I sent yesterday disappeared today”, is this a message that has been sent in an already ‘Open’ and ongoing conversation with a guest/end-user? Or is a 1:1 outbound message you’re sending to a guest/end-user as the first initial message in a conversation? Or something else...
