I thought I understood how Series results would work before I launched one, but now that I have one going I don't quite comprehend the number of people at each different step. Here are the steps I'm confused about and a brief description
- Message with a few links that would go to product tours.
- A "when delivered" transition that goes to a rule of "has clicked a link...." that is set to try to match for 3 days
- A "if not matched after 3 days" transition that goes to another message called "didn't click onboarding".
I'm most confused about the people in step 2 that Intercom is saying "3 trying to match". Who are those people compared to the people in step 1? I've attached a screenshot of this part of the workflow to hopefully clarify.
