We would like to migrate our changelog from Canny to Intercom News but can't figure out how to anti date legacy articles.

 

In the scheduling options, we cannot add past dates. Is there a work around to handle such legacy import?

At the moment, Intercom does not support the ability to date your News items in the past. But I totally understand where you're coming from here with your use case and I would love to pass this along as a feature request for the product team, a great idea for the @Product Wishlist​!

 

For now, I would suggest adding the date manually to the top of your news item as a way to let your customers know it is a historical update.
