How to set automatic post based on triggers

Im trying to set a trigger post to all my users. the scenario is this:

Every time a user is downloading a video I want the post to be activate but I want it to happen only once per session.

We have an attribute "videoEngagement" that counts all users downloads... but I didn't figure it up how to add triggers to that attribute when is occurs and not to give it a specific value
