How to stop sending a message from a Serie

In the scheduling section of any message when creating a Serie, I can't choose to stop sending a message after some date as in regular campaigns. Since campaigns will soon be deprecated, is there any workaround, is it something that you might consider to ad. It doesn't seem crazy to be able to stop certain messages within a Serie after some date. At least it might be useful to prevent users from entering a Serie after some time. Thanks in advanced

Hi @user399​ , There no such option yet, nice catch you can request this feature in @Product Wishlist​ Group.

Until that, I can suggest you using the following workaround:

 

JuanmaThen go to Show Settings and set-up the Exit Rule:

Juanma1 

Via this workaround, you can specify any date, once this date comes in - Intercom will tag the user with the "SeriesOver" tag. 

Then we are setuping Exit rule = Tag is "SeriesOver"

 

The simplest solution is almost always the best, Let me know if you have questions.
