Hello,

 

My company uses Intercom and one of our clients would like us to delete users' conversations that are older than a month.

However, I have not found any solution to do that, neither on the Dashboard, nor in the API.

 

Is it even possible ?

I'm not sure this is possible in the interface - not sure about the API.

We do a manual cleanup of leads and customers that come through on a different email address from what they have against their user record, but even then it is a soft delete - if the user responds, their record and conversations return.

Might be worth adding to the feature request group here on the forums if no one else responds with a way to do it.
