Thanks for sharing your use case. At the moment it is not possible. As you mentioned it would change the URL to the current one. I will flag a feature request by sharing your use case with the product team.

@user2150 You can add the custom field(that contains the URL) in your outbound messages and when the user clicks, it would take them to the page intended to. Would you mind sharing some more context on how you would like to use it?
Hello @aparna thanks for this first answer.
The use case is the following
We have a page where we ask the e-mail to the user and when he clicks on "recevoir le lien" he instantly get a e-mail containing a magic Link that expires after a few hours.
My concern is on how to first feed intercom with the correct URL (it changes each time a user click on Recevoir le lien and it expires) and then send the E-mail to my customer.
