Is there a 10k limit for tagging users who received an email?

Hey!

I noticed when I tag users who got one of our emails, intercom caps it to around 10k.

Is there a limit? Couldn't find any info about that.

How would I go about tagging more than 10k? Ideally without exporting to csv and importing them.

Thanks!

Hey @mkt

I'll start by saying I am not sure of the limits when you are tagging users as I rarely send to more than 1500 users but one thought - are you setting up the email to tag before it is sent? This may be a way to capture all.

Commenting here in case someone else has the problem. This was a bug on Intercom's side and has already been fixed.
