Hi, is there any way to set conditions trigger between steps, for example, wait one day --> if number of orders increased, switch to [this], else, switch to [this]

So, building this out isn't currently possible via smart campaigns; however, it can be built-out using our Series product. Here's an article that should help you learn more about getting started with it!
