One of our users asked for an option to not receive any of our info messages. Is there a way to unsubscribe single users from receiving those?

In my opinion, you can create a new tag - "Unsubscribed-from-Chat".

 

Then with audience rule simply does not include following people during sending Chat/Post messages.

 

Also to automate the following workflow, you can ask users to reply to the chat "Unsubscribe" word to automatically add the following tag.

For post messages, with Series and Reactions, you can also assign tags to users.

 

I think following workflow is the best option right now.
