If your customer has any previously unread messages, we will send the in-full Post straight away but will queue this message on top of the other unread messages. The in-full message is not forced to open, and the customer will have to manually open the message, as you are seeing on your end. So as long as the user doesn’t have any other unread messages you should see the intended behavior. If they do have some unread messages, we will always stack the messages, I’m afraid there is no way around that at this time. I’d be happy to flag this as a feature request for the team to consider in the future though!
