Q - is it better to have one series per language, or to have different disconnected threads under one unique series for each language?

A - Both will work. Personally, I like to create one Series for hole on-boarding session and manage it in one place.

Also, one Series gives a clear view in reports about the on-boarding process.

But please keep in mind that the Series has some limits:
