I am wondering if it is possible to personalize our onboarding process of new Customers showing them a post or a product tour in case they skipped a part of the process and did not fill the information.
For example: missing photo, I can send them a post to warn them about this.
How this can be done? I know I should segment my audience, but I need to import the image_id of our website as a custom attribute for that specific customer?
