Hello everyone, 

Our company uses Intercom to make marketing campaigns. 

When we send them in Post format we can disable the replies but when they are in Mail format it is not possible and we have several replies from customers. 

Does anyone know how we can block these responses?

There is no option to disable replies from the email itself but I'd be happy to flag this as a feature request with the product team!

Will pass this through to our support team to see if we can find a workaround for this ✅.
