I see two options: Product trigger or content/attribute/event rule. I’m unsure if both of these are necessary to resolve each step automatically. I want each step to resolve as soon as the user clicks the CTA button. Which settings do I need to update to make this happen?

Do you have an event trigger set up when a user/lead clicks this ‘CTA’ you’ve got set up? If so, you could use this to ‘mark the step automatically’.

Hi @Shauna, no, setting those event triggers will take some time. Meanwhile, is there an option to resolve the steps as soon as the CTA button is clicked??

Hey @Ankita Goyal 👋🏼  Unfortunately there’s no way to do this! You’d have to have an event set up to trigger on the CTA in order to resolve the step automatically! Here’s an article on setting up events 👇🏼
