One of my company's teams wants to work in our Intercom workspace but they need outbound email functionality that includes auto-follow ups for emails not seen and replied to. They are currently using Gmass for this. Does Intercom Outbound Messages, specifically emails, have an easy way to auto-follow up on messages not seen and replied to? I'd love to hear about your setup for anyone using Intercom Outbound Emails for this kind of scenario.

Hey @user32, Series has functionality which allows you to do this! You can build your Series in such a way that you can send follow up messages for messages that have not been seen or not been replied to.
@eric f11 thank you! I realized after posting this question that Series probably had some functionality like this.
