Hi there,

 

When I open one of my campaigns to "copy to series", I wait for it to load in the series feature, refresh the page and it it comes up with no blocks whatsoever.

I've managed to do this for other campaigns, in fact the other campaigns it worked for were the same as this one, just in another language.

 

Any ideas on what could be causing this?

Hello @cris m11​ , That sounds strange, suggesting submitting a report to Intercom Support. You can also post about this in @Intercom Bug Reports​ groups.

 

Meantime, you can create that campaign in Series block by block manually (I know that's not the best solution here but quicker).
