We are getting the message: Email can't be sent right now as your workspace is being reviewed. We've emailed your workspace admin with more details. Read more on our review process here

 

I've messaged via the support chat a number of times over the past couple of days, but not had any response.

 

How can we move forward?

Hi @chris h12​, our Support team handle all email sending reviews. We manually review Intercom workspaces to ensure that they're compliant with our Email Sending Guidelines. Our Support team will be in touch as soon as they can to help you with this.
