Why is my Series showing that I have "invalid starting blocks"?

I can't set my series live because of invalid starting blocks, like empty e-mails and empty rules, but I have double checked all e-mails and rules. Any saviors please?

Hey @monalisa, what happens when you click on any of the "Empty email" links listed in your screenshot?
