Any way to let customers close conversations on their own?

Hello there,
We’re quite new to Intercom and offer technical support for our users.

In some cases, users don’t need any further help and simply don’t reply on conversations anymore. Is there a way besides setting up specific rules or bots to give users the opportunity to close conversations within the messenger / conversation-overview?

Hi! Unfortunately, there is no way for the customer to close the conversation on their end.

Your best bet is automation work such as the bots/flow.
