Is there a way besides setting up specific rules or bots to give users the opportunity to close conversations within the messenger / conversation-overview?Thanks in advance!

Hi! Unfortunately, there is no way for the customer to close the conversation on their end.Your best bet is automation work such as the bots/flow.
