Can I pass an attribute through the messenger widget code on my page that will assign the conversation to a certain team member?

Hello @user1140​ ,

 

Yes, you can create people attribute and pass Intercom information through the Widget code.

Then you can use the following attribute in Inbox -> Automation rules to assign conversation based on this attribute to a certain team member.
