Is there any way user can communicate to other user including operator ?? hello , i'm working on setting up a loan based communication platform where borrower can communicatee with Loa Officer , Loan Processor. unique id will be : user_id , loan_id , email_id so ultimately this is user to user communication channel. is above communication possible ??

Hey @chase s 683, it's not possible to configure Intercom to allow your customers to communicate with each other. It would only be possible for your teammates/employees to communicate with your customers using Intercom.

It will be Web based platform => Javascript , PHP
