Hey guys, looking on to setup Intercom messenger to work with Arabic Right-to-Left languages. I thought I've seen it once but can not find any evidence now that it can work.

Have anyone had any success with it or has any idea how to force it to do the RTL?

Hey @user382, the Messenger supports RTL languages! It'll even automatically move the Messenger to the left hand side of the page to support it. Have you had any difficulty with configuring the Messenger for RTL languages?

Actually, yes, I have challenges.

I did not configure it really but I tested some things and I see now that it can read ?lang=ar in URL and then transforms into RTL interface. The issue is that we are not using ?lang variable in our URL. We use /ae_ar/ and /ae_en/ in URL.

Any ideas? 🙂
