Can my Post direct a user to a URL?

I'm simply trying to make a post that highlights all the new things we added to our help center. However, if the user takes the action of opening the help center, it shows the post (instead of the help center) . Is there a work-around??

Hey @bobby l, Magnus from Intercom here!

When a Post is sent, the action of clicking it will always open the Post in the Messenger. You would have to add a URL in your Post that directs the user to the website or Help Center that you'd like to show them! Start by writing your post 👇

Post___Magnus_Example_Workspace___IntercomThen highlight the text you'd like to link to your site and click the chain 👇

Ok, so no work-around then... 🙂 I don't want them going to my help center with articles. My goal here is to get them to pop-open the messenger to see all the new additions in there.

Please consider this scenario for future enhancements as I imagine there are many folks out there that simply want to drive this specific action from their customers.

Ah, I see! In that case, no direct work-around, no. I'll make sure to forward this to our engineering team to consider for future updates!
