How can I enable the Messenger & Help Center in iOS?

Hello,

 

We want to add in Android/iOS the Messenger and Helpcenter. We "think" we have all well configured because in Android we are seeing everything good. In iOS is not working looks like the screen appear and disappear in less than a second. For mor information, we are calling Intercom.presentHelpCenter() (see video).

Any help is appreciated

Best option here would be to make sure the iOS is on the latest version. We have details on how to do this in our dev docs here https://github.com/intercom/intercom-ios/blob/master/CHANGELOG.md. If they are up to date and you still notice this happening please reach out to us over the Messenger and we'll investigate further 🕵️‍♂️ .
