When a visitor click on the Messenger launcher, I would like to see the Messenger directly and not the conversation. How can I do that ? Thank you for your help !

Hey @léaRacheal from the support engineer team here 👋 If I'm understanding correctly you want the Messenger to open up to the Messenger home screen and not your Custom Bot, is that correct? The Messenger will only open up to the Custom Bot message if the user clicks on the message notification rather than the launcher. For example this is clicking on the notification which opens up to the message:
