How does Intercom get user information, such as phone number? I have a user who has two intercom profiles the one she is chatting with me on has a different phone number than what she claims her phone number to be.

Hey @cybille​! You can collect the phone number through lead qualification or when you create a user in Intercom. Since the user is already in Intercom you can update the phone number for the user from their profile page or use our API or CSV.
