I cannot hide messenger either by condition or just by turning it off, we have embedded the code rather than using GTM so not sure if that affects it. Any ideas? I am trying to turn the messenger off for a certain segment but couldn't get it to work so to test I turned it off completely for all users but it still shows.

I was able to find your open support conversation here and take a look into your Messenger settings. I can see you have the launcher enabled again and are trying to hide based on the Segment. The reason why you are seeing this behavior is because you are using negative OR rules. When using OR rules, only one of the rules needs to be true in order for the match to happen.Â

To fix this you'll just want to change Match any to Match all.
