I am using Intercom Messenger Widget in my app to communicate with users and respond to their questions. Currently the only way I have identified to respond to the users is from app.intercom.com - I was wondering if it's possible to configure the Messenger Widget in a way that makes it possible for Admins to use it to answer to Users' messages.

Is it possible to configure Intercom Messenger to log in as Admin and respond to messages from Users directly in the Intercom Messenger Widget?

Don't think there is something like that. But there is a mobile app, if you want to use your phone.
