I am using Intercom Messenger Widget in my app to communicate with users and respond to their questions. Currently the only way I have identified to respond to the users is from app.intercom.com - I was wondering if it's possible to configure the Messenger Widget in a way that makes it possible for Admins to use it to answer to Users' messages.

Don't think there is something like that. But there is a mobile app, if you want to use your phone.
