Hey team, is there a way I could link directly to our website and pop the messenger?
I'm sending an email from Intercom to a lead and wanting to add a link that goes to our site and pops a new question on the messenger.
I've tried searching the help but unable to find anything.

@brent Have you tried using utm parameters in the link and then using the URL with utm parameters as the trigger for the new message?
Not sure if this would work, though.
Hey @brent w, you can certainly open the Messenger from a custom launcher via a link (as outlined in this article). Do you want to simply open the message, or fire an auto-message with that?
Nice one, a custom launcher will definitely help you do that.
