I tried integrating the button click code into my website, but I'm using Wix and it doesn't work I don't think they support java script. Older people are finding it impossible to find the messenger. It's too small and can't be changed.

It's possible to display messenger automatically but that's bad for user experience 😞

 

May I ask if you tried to set up some outbound chat messages to suggest the user's contact support? Like Hey, If you have any questions we are here for you.

Such messages can be shown automatically in the Intercom and are much better than just display messenger automatically.

Thanks Roy! The Outbound message is perfect, however, that brings up another issue. When I display an outbound message it overrides my Bot, so auto attendant functionality goes away when someone clicks on the launcher. Do you know of a way to have both available?
