Sometimes is better to have an answer scheduled to be sent in a specific time & day.

I know I could just snooze the conversation to reply it latter, but if I could answer now and schedule to be sent in another time this would be great...

Q - Is there a way to schedule an answer?

A - Nope, there no such ability to schedule replies in Intercom Inbox. Feel free to request this feature in @Product Wishlist​ Group.

 

Workaround: @user649​ developed an app, that can be helpful in your case. App called Bump 👊, More information can be found here.

The app can help you with:

1. Schedule messages to send later;

2. Automate follow-ups with visitors, leads or users;

3. Check on unsolved issues and automatically resolve conversations once all follow-ups are sent.

@user682​ Roy's answer is correct for the built-in features but have a look at Bump from the Userfeed team as he suggested, it does exactly what you need and I've found it extremely useful especially as it can do multiple follow ups handsfree -- https://bump.userfeed.io
