Sometimes is better to have an answer scheduled to be sent in a specific time & day.
I know I could just snooze the conversation to reply it latter, but if I could answer now and schedule to be sent in another time this would be great...

Q - Is there a way to schedule an answer?
A - Nope, there no such ability to schedule replies in Intercom Inbox. Feel free to request this feature in @Product Wishlist Group.
Workaround: @user649 developed an app, that can be helpful in your case. App called Bump 👊, More information can be found here.
The app can help you with:
1. Schedule messages to send later;
2. Automate follow-ups with visitors, leads or users;
3. Check on unsolved issues and automatically resolve conversations once all follow-ups are sent.
