Office Hours + Vacation Time

Question

Hey all, I’m a solo shop at the moment and and want to use Intercom.  I know I can set Office Hours & reply time - but is there a way to add vacation days or something like that so if I’m out of the office for a few days, Messenger will say something like “Back Thursday” if it’s Monday and I took Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday off? Just trying to manage expectations.  Thank you :)  Dinos

Hey Dinos,To echo Keerthi, you could use a custom bot like they mentioned.Alternatively you could change the welcome message in your messenger for a few days - people will see this when they open the messenger.Or if you have access to the showing a special notice feature that could work either.You'll find both these options in the https://app.intercom.com/a/apps/_/messenger"alt="http://messenger settings page.Brian

There is no feature in the Messenger settings to do this. But, you could setup a Custom Bot for your vacation days. It might serve the purpose that you're looking for.
