Return unread conversation not true in Android

Question

I have a trouble when using addUnreadConversationCountListener in Android platform. It is not returning the same value inside Intercom home screen.I have created a new chat conversation automation workflow, then i back to previous screen → a unread message coming but the number of unread conversation is not increasing.

Hey @cnguyen👋 Eden from the support engineer team here.To confirm, arethese new unread notifications not occurring for new messages within the same conversation? Or for a new conversation?To clarify why I’m asking, thatmethod will count the number of unread conversations, not the number of unread replies within a single conversation.If they are different conversations, this may require a bit more investigation and I can escalate this into a conversation withour Support team to investigate further.
