Sender email address - general for everyone

I would like my outgoing emails inside the active correspondence to be sent not from the personal intercom addresses for each agent or personal email address, but from one general email address.

For example, inside the conversation, there are 3 agents participating.

A, B and C. I would like all the messages to be sent not from 3 different addresses but from one company address. Like support@mail.com . On my workspace end I should still be able to distinguish the messages that were sent by agents A, B, C.

Is it possible?

Hey @adam w11 @denis t, to clarify as a Support manager - we do not recommend sharing a single login among a team, primarily for security reasons. This makes your team much more vulnerable in the event of being hacked. Additionally, we do not recommend this because, if you need to trace the actions of a teammate in the event of an error within your workspace, this makes it much harder to track down the source of this error.

This came from my team as well, not about sharing the account but when agents reply they cant select email address also for API created emails. It is their own intercom including full name email.
