Hi,

We just started to use the messenger this week, but we have received multiple complains on the following issues:

 

  • The close 'x' icon doesn't work on our web App when user are using an iOS device (iOS 15.6.1)
  •  The Launcher position doesn't change on mobile version so it block our bottom nav bar

Does anyone know how to solve this?

  • Is this happening specifically on iOS 15.6.1 or are you experiencing this on multiple devices? If you are still seeing this behavior feel free to write into support so we can take a better look!
  • It is not possible to move your launcher in your mobile app at the moment but, this is definitely a feature request we have gotten quite a bit so I'd be happy to +1 this on your behalf! A great idea for the @Product Wishlist​.
