What happened to the intercom icon? we now have a magnifying glass and it looks like we need to pay in order to choose our own icon. Is anyone experiencing the same issue?

Hey @user401, uploading a custom logo for your Messenger, through our Messenger Settings UI, is only available as part of a Premium/Scale plan. However, you can still achieve this with some custom code - this article from our Help Center outlines how to build a custom launcher.
