This is the state of the opening for all/new users/visitors. Obviously once started a conversation it changes. This is not the welcome screen - how do we change this?

Hey @user2196👋 That might be because of the way you have Intercom installed, it's possible there's some code added to always open the Messenger like so. It's usually the Intercom('show');command. Can you check with your dev team to see if that's the case?
