Hey @Shivam Kumar 👋 I see you’ve gotten in touch with the team via the Messenger - I believe the issue here is that the user traffic for Messenger is currently turned off in your workspace:


Once you enable this, you'll be able pass user details to Intercom without any errors 🚀
