We found an issue with the React Native SDK where messages sent through the API are crashing Intercom Messenger when opening the conversation. I happens when creating a conversation from the API, and sending messages, but also when creating a conversation from the Intercom Messenger then sending a message through the API and opening that conversation again on Intercom Messenger.
To show the issue we have a new chat flow that uses the API, and the normal Intercom Messenger.

Jumps between both are triggered by a feature flag.
