Is there a recommended way to send translated carousels depending on the device locale?

We are working with mobile carousels on iOS but need to support different languages. We would like to trigger our carousels automatically.

I see rules based off of browser language, but do not see anything for device language. From what I can tell the browser language is not getting set when the user is registered through the mobile SDK.
