My mobile push is not arriving to my Android device.

Hi, i am sending a test push notification to my mobile phone. I did all the steps and the notification appears as sent at intercom ui but i never arrived to my mobile phone (android).My app is build with react native and the device token is well capture

On the device, go toSettings > Sound & Notification > App notifications.This may differ depending on the Android version.You have specified the correct Push Server API key?You have added your"google-services.json" file in the correct directory?If you are still experiencing issues after checking these, please reach out to us via our Messenger.
