Are there any SaaS industry metrics/best practices in terms of completion percentages that we should aim for?

 

We use our Product Tours to create a one-to-all channel to help train user during Onboarding and for Product Releases.

 

I know that you can see on a per tour basis the number of views and completion percentage, but trying to determine the following stats on a quarterly basis:

  • # of views
  • Percent of Tour Completed
  • Any other useful stats

 

Also, are there any SaaS benchmarks/best practices that Intercom can share in regards to Product Tours as well?

Hello @ryan g11​ , At this time you can only export CSV and build some custom raport based on this data.

 

Advanced product tour reporting will be so useful, that's why you should request this feature in @Product Wishlist​ group.

 

Q - Also, are there any SaaS benchmarks/best practices that Intercom can share in regards to Product Tours as well?

A - I'm suggesting to take a look at Intercom on Onboarding book.
