Question

I would like the user to check several appropriate check boxes across several different elements.

The pointer will not let me select the whole page allowing the user to have free reign of what to select. The pointer comes up and I cannot select anything past it.

Hey @colin l12! Daniel from Customer Support Engineering here 🔧

This is currently the intentional functionality of pointers in tours and tooltips. The pointer highlights a HTML element on your page to fixate on, and blocks out the other elements until the step is progressed or the text is dismissed. It is not currently possible to select the entire page, as the pointer is designed to point to one specific element on your page. If you need the user to visit different elements, you'll need to create multiple steps/tips to point to each element individually.

Hope this helps 👍
