So, the user could come back again and again and watch it through. 

Right now, it seems to be triggering once a day. 

You cannot rewatch it right away, nothing happens.

What audience settings should I set?

The only limitation is it would trigger only once per browser session

 

Tested on my site:

If you close the browser tab and open it again, you can rewatch the tour.
